This is the way Lifestyles of Spain does business. The price quoted is for a new lease at the terms stated in that lease.

Below is information we hope you will find helpful if you are thinking of
buying a business in Spain and the services we offer. (this is just a brief
outline)
1. We will find/show businesses that meet your criteria Once you have found the right business, you pay a 10% deposit to secure the purchase. If you fail to complete for whatever reason by the due date or simply change your mind, you will loose all your deposits. We advise all our clients not to put any deposits down unless all their funds are in place to able to complete the transaction on time.
2. Once the above deposit has been paid , we shall negotiate with the landlord for a new contract and check all outstanding bills.(The contract will be checked by an English speaking Gestor(accountant) or Lawyer) Providing there are no problems with all of the above we shall pass the deposit on to the seller.
3. During the above period, the seller cannot increase the price, nor offer the business to anyone else.
4. A week prior to signing the final contracts, we shall take you to the Gestor to go through the contract with you.
5. On the set completion date, the seller will sign off the lease (Usually at Gestors/Lawyer’s office).At this point you and the landlord will sign a copy of the new lease and you will be given the keys to your premises. At this stage we shall withhold funds from the seller to pay for cross over bills. All of the above usually takes 30 days (in exceptional circumstances it may take 45 days)
Important NotesWe will help find accommodation, NIE numbers, register with town hall, help with schooling for children, introduce you to an English speaking Gester who will arrange social security and health care for you and your family and all necessary paper work for running a business in Spain.
