Your home can be built on either a plot we can show you or on your own existing plot (subject to planning approval).
Naturally we would not expect you to consider having a home built without first seeing the quality we offer, that is why before entering into any negotiations we will take you to see finished properties that we have built to see our quality, as well as meet the owners for you to ask there comments and views. We cannot be any fairer than that.
